黑龙江省天正粮油食品进出口股份有限公司成立于2000年3月，是由黑龙江省粮油食品进出口（集团）公司等五家单位参股，并经外经贸部批准的股份制外贸公司，注册资金2，000万元人民币，2001年末总资产15，760万元人民币，两年来已累计完成进出口总值1亿美元。
公司以出口大豆、大米、玉米等大宗商品为主，同时经营各类罐头、杂粮、杂豆、饲料、山野菜、肉食、水产品、轻工产品等200余个品种，国际市场客户上千家，遍及60多个国家和地区。
公司现有员工70人，90%的人员获得中、高级以上技术职称，业务人员95%获得国家外销员资格证书，软、硬件设施在全省外贸行业中处于前列。同时，公司在大连、深圳、上海等地设有分公司或办事机构。
